Nethwater - WWTP Sloe (Vlissingen, The Netherlands)

Evides Industriewater is responsible for treatment of the waste water originating from a large number of industries at the industrial park of Sloe (near Vlissingen, The Netherlands), among others refinery waste water from a Total refinery. To that cause and by means of a DBFO (Design, Build, Finance & Operate) scheme, Evides Industriewater has designed and constructed a waste water treatment plant based on the active sludge process. The treatment plant has a capacity of maximum 50,000 population equivalents. While Evides Industriewater guarantees a reliable treatment of their waste water, the industries can do with a minimum effort with respect to waste water treatment while focusing on their core business.
